General terms
These terms govern your agreement with Casinostugan. Read them carefully before you play. By registering an account you accept the terms.

1. Definitions
In these terms the following words have the meanings set out below:
- Operator / we — Casinostugan Ltd, operating the brand Casinostugan.
- Player / you — a natural person who has registered an account and accepted these terms.
- Account — your personal gaming account at Casinostugan.
- Service — the website, the games and all functions we provide.
- Game — an individual casino, live casino or sports betting game in the Service.
- Deposit — a transfer of funds to your account.
- Withdrawal — payout of available balance from your account.
- Winnings — amounts credited to you as a result of a game outcome.
- Bonus — an offer with associated terms and wagering requirements.
- Spelpaus — the national self-exclusion register spelpaus.se.
2. Account and eligibility
To open an account and play you must meet all of the following requirements:
- be at least 18 years old,
- be physically located in Sweden while playing,
- not be self-excluded via Spelpaus,
- not be prohibited from gambling under Swedish law,
- not be an employee, affiliate or related party in a way that excludes play,
- register the account in your own name and not act on behalf of another person.
Only one account per person is allowed. You are responsible for keeping your details correct and up to date.
3. Account security
- Login and verification are done with BankID. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and your device.
- Your account is personal and may not be shared, transferred or used by anyone else.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access or suspicious activity.
- We may temporarily block the account to protect you or the Service in the event of a security risk.
4. Identity and age verification (KYC)
We verify your age and identity before the account is opened and before your first real-money game, in accordance with anti-money-laundering law. We may at any time request supporting documents (e.g. ID, proof of ownership of a payment method or source of funds) and pause the account until verification is complete.
5. Deposits
- Deposits are made in Swedish kronor (SEK) using the payment methods listed in the Service.
- The minimum deposit is SEK 100. You set your own deposit limits (day/week/month) before playing; increases take effect only after a cooling-off period.
- Only payment methods registered in your own name are accepted. Third-party payments are not permitted.
- We may reject or reverse a deposit, for example on a declined payment, chargeback or during AML checks.
- Improper chargebacks may result in the account being blocked and costs being charged.
6. Withdrawals
- Withdrawals are primarily paid back to the same method used for the deposit.
- Normal processing time is 0–24 hours after approved verification; bank time may be added.
- We may require enhanced verification and withhold a withdrawal until necessary checks are complete.
- On suspicion of duplicate accounts, fraud or bonus abuse, withdrawals may be paused and balances reviewed.
7. Dormant accounts
An account is considered dormant if you have not logged in for 12 consecutive months. We notify you in advance. We do not charge any administrative fee on dormant accounts. Any remaining balance stays yours and is paid out to you; if the account remains dormant and contact cannot be established, the account may be closed and the balance handled in accordance with applicable law.
8. Game rules, RTP and randomness (RNG)
The rules for each game are available within the game. Outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Return to player (RTP) is stated where applicable. A game that has started cannot be undone.
9. Technical failures, malfunctions and interrupted games
In case of obvious error, pricing error or malfunction, the affected games, bets and winnings are void (malfunction voids all pays and plays). On interruption or lost connection, the game is completed or reset according to the game rules and our procedures, and the stake is returned if the round could not be completed. We are not liable for faults in your equipment, your network or third-party providers beyond our control.
10. Bonuses and promotions
In Sweden only one welcome offer is provided per player, on the first occasion. The following applies to bonuses:
- Wagering requirements, maximum bet during wagering and validity period are stated in the offer terms.
- Certain games may be excluded or contribute a lower share towards wagering.
- A bonus does not apply to players who have self-excluded via Spelpaus.
- Bonus abuse, duplicate accounts or coordinated play may lead to forfeiture of the bonus and bonus winnings.
11. Responsible gambling and self-exclusion
Before you play you must set deposit, time and loss limits. We apply a duty of care and may contact you or take action on signs of problem gambling. Tools available:

- Self-assessment and cooling-off.

12. Fraud, collusion and prohibited conduct
The following is prohibited and may lead to account closure, frozen balances, forfeited winnings and reporting to the authorities:
- use of bots, scripts or automated tools,
- use of VPN or other methods to conceal location or identity,
- multiple accounts, proxy accounts or registration on behalf of another,
- coordinated play, syndicates or chip dumping,
- money laundering or attempts to exploit errors in the Service.
13. Suspension, restriction and closure
We may restrict or suspend an account on suspicion of fraud, collusion, abuse or breach of the terms, or where required by law. You can close your account at any time by contacting support; any available balance is paid out after standard checks.
14. Intellectual property
All content in the Service — trademarks, logos, games, software, text, graphics and design — belongs to the operator or our licensors and is protected by law. You may use the content solely for personal, non-commercial play under these terms. Any other use requires written consent.
15. Privacy and cookies
How we process your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. How we use cookies is described in our Cookie Policy.
16. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as acts of nature, power outages, provider outages, labour disputes, government action, war or cyberattack. Affected obligations are suspended for as long as the impediment lasts.
17. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data or damages beyond our control. Our aggregate liability to you is, to the extent permitted by law, limited to the amount you have deposited but not yet wagered in the matter concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that may not be limited under mandatory law.
18. Complaints and escalation
If you have a complaint, first contact our support at support@casinostugan.co. We acknowledge your case and normally provide a final response within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, as a consumer you can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). For supervisory matters you can turn to the Swedish Gambling Authority. 19. Dispute resolution, applicable law and jurisdiction
Swedish law applies to these terms and to your play. Disputes are settled by the Swedish general courts, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
20. Language
The terms are available in Swedish and English. In case of any discrepancy between the versions, the Swedish version prevails.
21. Miscellaneous
- Severability — if a provision is invalid it does not affect the remaining provisions, which continue to apply.
- Assignment — you may not assign your rights under the agreement. We may assign the agreement to a group company or in a business transfer, without diminishing your rights.
- Entire agreement — these terms, together with promotion terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
22. Changes to the terms
We may update the terms. Material changes are announced in advance. Your use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
